We call ourselves the Radical Brownies. We are a group of kids and our moms who bring it all together. In this group we meet in public places such as public pools or libraries or events. We learned that most places you would want to take family or friends are not accessible to people with disabilities, like our member Zantiago. So we want to make a change. We met with State Representative Eleanor Chavez who agreed to sponsor a bill to have universal changing tables in public spaces. Our goal is to pass a bill so that families who have members with disbabilities can go to more places, get outside their houses more, and enjoy all the things we have in our community. 
 
A Universal Changing table is a table which an elder or person with disabilities would be able to change in privacy and more safely. This can lead to elders and people with disabilities going to more places and their families can go more places too!

We want a world where our friends can family can go have fun and if they need the bathroom they can use it with dignity!
